Background

I was initially just one man with a laptop and a desire to automate RCM workflow with Agentic AI techniques while remaining HIPAA Compliant. Quickly, what was meant to be a longstanding project grew into a viable business with a handful of RCM experts, HIPAA expert attorneys and AI professionals. At first, I was mainly automating tasks for social media, data analysis bots, call centre responsive bots, and others, but slowly the team grew and was able to focus more on projects like automating workflows for Healthcare industry.

My Goal

I realized that the evolving world of Agentic AI ushers new possibilities for Healthcare industry, especially automating RCM workflow. I came with 7 years of experience in RCM and became Certified Agentic and Robotic AI Engineer recently in 2023. I learned Agentic AI to automate healthcare administrative workflow. Automating whole RCM was a challenging task but with the evolution of Agentic AI and upgraded LLM models helped achieve the over ambitious goal focusing on automating whole RCM workflow along with front office workflow i.e. scheduling, Rx, documentation etc.

Currently, I am leading a team of Agentic AI professionals and RCM experts together to develop HIPAA compliant AI Agents to automate RCM fitting all medical specialties.
